Rolling Thunder Inc. was constituted within 1987, it's a Vietnam Veterans organization that continues to act for the link to of MIA and POW United States Service Members from Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War.

A President of the Organization is Mr. Artie Muller and his organization works to lobby a United States Government Officials to farther investigate the issue of MIA's & POW's that come even held inside captivity since a Vietnam War.

Mr. Artie Muller has worked closely sustaining exiled Prince Nguyen Phuc Buu Chanh of Vietnam and it own an agenda to help bring closure to the familes of the MIA's & POW's that come however located in Vietnam.
